Handmade, the bag evidences the renowned textile artistry of Lamphoon province. The blue and purple patterns that adorn this bag are known locally as pee sue, or "butterfly," and they are hand-woven in the mad mee technique that uses tied-dyed threads. The bag closes with a coconut shell button. Banlue Lueruang calls this bag "Leoi" after one of Thailand's northeastern provinces. 75% cotton, 25% polyester. Dry cleaning is preferable.
